Package

The Package page provides a comprehensive view of all your service packages. It displays essential details such as package names, total services, package prices, and their active/inactive status. This centralized hub allows you to efficiently manage and organize your packages, ensuring a seamless experience for both administrators and customers.

  • Easily perform bulk actions on package records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the status or delete the selected package from the record.
  • To change the status of the package, toggle  .
  • To edit a package’s detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific package you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the package’s details as needed.
  • To remove a package from your records, click on  (Delete) button associated with their profile. This action will delete the package from your records.

Adding New Package

To add new package, simply click on the “New” button. This button enables you to easily create and add new packages for your customers.

1. Enter Package Details

  • Name: Give your package a unique name.
  • Description: Add a brief description of the package to help customers understand the services included.
  • Select Branch: Choose the branch where this package will be available from the dropdown menu.
  • Select Package Start Date: Set the start date for when the package will be available.
  • Select Package End Date: Set the end date for the package’s availability.
  • Status: Set the package status to Active or Inactive.

2. Add Services to the Package

  • Click the “Add More” button to include additional services in the package.
  • Select Service: Choose the service from the dropdown menu that will be part of the package.
  • Discount Price: Optionally set a discounted price for the service included in the package.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity of the service to be included in the package.
  • Total Price: The total price for the service will be calculated based on the quantity and discount price.
  • Delete: If you need to remove a service, click the delete button next to the service.

3. Save or Close

  • Save: Once you have entered all the details and added services, click the Save button to finalize and add the package.
  • Close: If you want to cancel the creation process, click the Close button.

Update Existing Package

  • To edit an existing package, locate the package in your list and click the Edit button next to it. Once the package details are opened, you can modify various fields such as the name, description, and branch it’s associated with. You can also update the start date and end date for the package, as well as toggle its status to either Active or Inactive.
  • If you need to change the services included in the package, click the “Add More” button to add new services or modify the existing ones. You can adjust the discount price, quantity, and the total price for each service, and if necessary, remove a service by clicking the delete button next to it.
  • Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click Save to update the package. If you decide not to make any changes, you can simply click Close to exit without saving.
