Product Variations

The Product Variations page provides an organized view of all the variations available for products. It includes key details such as the variation name, type, last updated date, and its current status (Active/Inactive). This page allows you to easily manage product variations by saving new ones, editing existing variations, and deleting them when necessary. This page helps streamline the process of overseeing and maintaining variation records, ensuring that all information is kept accurate and up to date.

• Easily perform bulk actions on Product Variations records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the status or delete the selected product variations from the record.

• When you click on the All button, it will display the entire list of product variations, regardless of their status, showing both Active and Inactive product variations. This allows you to view all the product variations at once. You can then filter them based on their status by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu to narrow down the list further.

• To change the status of the product variations, toggle  .
• To edit a product variations detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific product variations you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the product variations details as needed.
• To remove a product variations from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the product variations. This action will permanently remove the product variations from your records.

Adding New Variation​

To add new variation, simply click on the “New” button. This button enables you to easily create and add new variation for your customers.

• Fill in the mandatory fields by entering the necessary details, including the name of the variation, selecting the type from the dropdown (such as size, color), and choosing or entering the corresponding value for the selected type (for example, Small, Medium, Large for size or Red, Blue, Green for color).
• Choose the variation status, such as Active or Inactive. This status determines whether the variation will be displayed or used in your store.
• Once all required fields are filled, click on the “Save” button to add the category.
• If you want to cancel the creation process, click on the “Close” button to exit without saving.

Update Existing Variation​

• Modify the variation details by updating the name, type, or value as needed. For example, you can change the size from “Medium” to “Large” or update the color from “Red” to “Blue” to reflect the desired variation.
• Update the status to either Active or Inactive as required.
• Once you have made the necessary changes, simply click on the “Save” button to update the details and apply the modifications.
