Reviews

The Review Page provides an efficient way to manage customer feedback. It displays the customer’s name along with the staff member’s name, if applicable, for context. Each review includes the message or feedback provided by the customer, along with their rating, typically on a scale (e.g., 1 to 5 stars). The page also shows whether the review has been updated, along with the latest update timestamp. Additionally, there is an option to delete reviews, allowing you to maintain a clean and relevant feedback section. This setup ensures transparency and helps in managing reviews effectively.

  • Easily perform bulk actions on review records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the delete the selected review from the record.
  • To remove a review from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the review. This action will permanently remove the review from your records.
  • To export data, start by selecting the desired date range. Next, choose the file type you want to export the data in, such as XLSX, XLS, ODS, CSV, PDF, or HTML. Then, specify the columns to include in the export, such as Client Name, Employee Name, Message, Rating, and Updated. Once all options are set, click on the “Download” button to proceed with the export. If you decide not to proceed, click the “Cancel” button to exit the export process without saving.
