Coupons

The Coupons page provides a detailed overview of all available coupons. It displays essential information such as the coupon name, description, type, coupon price, usage limit, start date, end date, expiration status, and current status (Active/Inactive). This page allows you to view detailed coupon information, edit existing coupons, or delete them if needed. Additionally, you can manage the validity and usage of coupons to ensure effective promotional campaigns. The Coupons page is designed to help you efficiently oversee and maintain all coupon-related details in one centralized location.

• Easily perform bulk actions on coupons records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the status or delete the selected coupons from the record.

• When you click on the All button, it will display the entire list of coupons, regardless of their status, showing both Active and Inactive coupons. This allows you to view all the coupons at once. You can then filter them based on their status by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu to narrow down the list further.

• To change the status of the coupons, toggle  .
• To view a coupons from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the coupons. This action will permanently remove the coupons from your system.
• To edit a coupons detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific coupons you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the coupons details as needed.
• To remove a coupons from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the coupons. This action will permanently remove the coupons from your records.

Adding New Coupons

To add new coupons, simply click on the “New” button. This button enables you to easily create and add new coupons for your customers.

• Fill in the mandatory fields by entering the necessary details, including: Upload Image: Optionally, add an image to represent the coupon visually. Name: Provide a name for the coupon. Description: Add a description explaining the coupon’s details. Start Date and End Date: Specify the validity period of the coupon. Coupon Type: Select the type of coupon from the dropdown (e.g., Discount, Free Shipping). Coupon Code: Enter the code customers will use to redeem the coupon. Percent or Fixed: Choose whether the discount is a percentage or a fixed amount. Discount Amount: Specify the amount or percentage of the discount. Use Limit: Define the number of times the coupon can be used.
• Choose the coupon status, such as Active or Inactive. This status determines whether the variation will be displayed or used in your store.
• Once all required fields are filled, click on the “Save” button to add the category.
• If you want to cancel the creation process, click on the “Close” button to exit without saving.

Update Existing Coupon

• Modify the coupon details by updating the upload image, name, description, start date, end date, coupon type, coupon code, percent of fixed, discount amount, use limit as needed.
• Update the status to either Active or Inactive as required.
• Once you have made the necessary changes, simply click on the “Save” button to update the details and apply the modifications.
