Template

The Notification Templates section allows you to manage and customize the notifications sent within your application. It includes important details such as the ID, which uniquely identifies each template, and the label, which provides a name or title for easy reference. The type indicates the notification format, whether it’s an Email, SMS, or Push Notification. The status shows whether the template is Active or Inactive, determining if it can be used for sending notifications. Additionally, you have the option to edit a template, allowing you to modify its content or settings as needed. This section ensures that your notifications are well-organized, easily accessible, and customizable for various communication needs.

  • Easily perform bulk actions on Product Variations records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the status or delete the selected product variations from the record.
  • When you click on the All button, it will display the entire list of product variations, regardless of their status, showing both Active and Inactive product variations. This allows you to view all the product variations at once. You can then filter them based on their status by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu to narrow down the list further.
  • To change the status of the template, toggle  .
  • To edit a template detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific template you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the template details as needed.

Update Existing Template

  • To edit an existing notification template, click on the “Edit” button next to the template’s name. You can modify the notification type, recipient (To), user type, and status.
  • Use the dropdown menu to select the notification type and user type as needed. You can also update the status to either Active or Inactive.
  • In the Notification Template section, you can update the subject and template text. Similarly, in the Email Template section, modify the subject and template content.
  • Once you have made the necessary changes, simply click on the “Save” button to update the notification template and apply the modifications.
