Customer Package

The Customer Package section offers a detailed overview of the packages assigned to each customer. It displays important information such as the customer name, the package selected, the number of services included in the package, the package price, the start date of the package, and its expiry date. This ensures clarity on when the package becomes active and when it is no longer valid.

The View button for a customer package opens a detailed breakdown of the package. This detailed view provides essential information, including the package name, the client’s name, the purchase date, the expiry date, and the number of remaining services. It offers a comprehensive overview that helps you effectively track and manage customer packages, ensuring accurate usage records and facilitating timely renewals or updates as needed.
