Sub Category

The Sub Categories page provides a detailed overview of the available categories. It includes key information such as the sub category name, associated brand, creation date, last update date, and current status (Active/Inactive). This page serves as a centralized hub for managing categories, allowing you to efficiently add new ones, search for specific categories, update their details, and modify their status. You can also edit or delete categories as needed, ensuring your records remain organized and up to date. This page streamlines the process of managing category records, making it easy to oversee and maintain all category-related information in one place.

When you click on the All categories button, it will display the entire list of sub categories. This allows you to view all the sub categories at once. You can then filter them based on their status by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu to narrow down the list further.

  • To change the status of the categories, toggle.
  • To edit a Sub categories detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific category you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the categories details as needed.
  • To remove a Sub category from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the Sub category. This action will permanently remove the Sub category from your records.

Adding New Sub Category

To add new Sub category, simply click on the “New” button. This button enables you to easily create and add new Sub category for your customers.

  • Fill in the mandatory fields with the necessary details.
  • You have the option to upload an image that represents the category visually.
  • Use the dropdown menu to choose one or more brands. This selection determines the brands where the category will be available
  • Choose the Sub category status, such as Active or Inactive. This status determines whether the category will be displayed or used in your store.
  • Once all required fields are filled, click on the “Save” button to add the Sub category.
  • If you want to cancel the creation process, click on the “Close” button to exit without saving.

Update Existing Sub Category

  • To update an existing brand, click on the “Edit” icon next to the brand’s profile. You can modify the brand’s name, status, and image.
  • If needed, you can replace the current brand image with a new one.
  • Use the dropdown menu to modify the selected brands. You can choose one or more brands where the category will be available or applied.
  • Update the status to either Active or Inactive as required.
  • Once you have made the necessary changes, simply click on the “Save” button to update the details and apply the modifications.
