The States<\/strong> page provides a structured overview of all states in your directory. It includes important details such as the state name, associated country, and current status (Active\/Inactive). This page enables you to manage state records efficiently by allowing you to edit or delete entries as needed. The States page ensures accurate and organized management of location information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Easily perform bulk actions on states records by selecting the desired fields and choosing an action from the dropdown menu. Click “Apply<\/strong>” to execute the action on all selected records. You can conveniently update the status or delete the selected states from the record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • When you click on the All<\/strong> button, it will display the entire list of states, regardless of their status, showing both Active and Inactive states. This allows you to view all the states at once. You can then filter them based on their status by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu to narrow down the list further.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • To change the status of the states, toggle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To edit a states detail, click on the  (Edit) for the specific states you wish to modify. This enables you to make changes and update the states details as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To remove a states from your records, click on the  (Delete) button next to the states. This action will permanently remove the states from your records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Adding New State<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        To add new State, simply click on the “New<\/strong>” button. This button enables you to easily create and add new variation for your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Fill in the mandatory fields by entering the necessary details, including the name of the variation, selecting the country from the dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Choose the state status, such as Active or Inactive. This status determines whether the variation will be displayed or used in your store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once all required fields are filled, click on the “Save” button to add the State.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If you want to cancel the creation process, click on the “Close” button to exit without saving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Update Existing State<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Modify the states details by updating the name, type as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Update the state to either Active or Inactive as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Once you have made the necessary changes, simply click on the “Save” button to update the details and apply the modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
