Important Note

Before you create charts using Forminator forms or polls, ensure that submission data is stored in the database:

  • Navigate to Forminator Plugin > Data Storage Settings
  • Turn OFF the “Disable store submissions in my database” option.
  • This allows Graphina to retrieve data and generate charts/tables.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create a Page with Elementor

  • Open your WordPress Dashboard
  • Create a new page and click on “Edit with Elementor.”

Step 2: Add a Chart Widget

  • Drag & drop any Graphina chart widget onto the page.

Step 3: Configure Chart Data Options

  • Click on the chart and navigate to “Chart Data Options.”
  • Select Forminator Addon from the dynamic data options.

Step 4: Enable the Forminator Section

  • After selecting Forminator Addon, a new tab named “Forminator Section” will appear.

Step 5: Choose Data Type

  • In the Forminator Section, choose between:
    • Forms (for form submissions)
    • Polls (for poll results)
  • Select the specific form or poll you want to visualize.

Step 6: Select X-Axis and Y-Axis Columns

  • Choose the columns for the X-Axis and Y-Axis to structure your data.
  • If the columns do not appear, click the Refresh button.

Step 7: Save and Publish

  • Click “Update” to apply changes.
  • Your chart/table will now display Forminator form or poll data dynamically.
