How to Add Multi-Zone Service in Admin Panel ?

Admin Side Setup

Step 1:  Navigate to the “Admin Panel” and open the “Service Zone” Section.

Step 2: Click the “Add Service Zone” button.

Step 3: Go to “Add New Service Zone” and fill in the required details.

• Enter Zone Name – Provide a meaningful name for the zone.
• Draw Zone on Map – Use the map to outline the specific area of the zone.
• Scroll down and select the Status (e.g., Active) to make the zone live.

Click the “Save” button at the bottom-right corner to successfully add the new service zone.

Step 4: Assigning a Provider to a Service Zone.

• Go to the “Provider List” under the Users section in the Admin Panel.
• Identify the provider you want to assign (e.g., Felix Harris).
• Click on the Edit (pencil) icon in the Action column for that provider.

• In the provider edit screen, scroll to the “Select Service Zone” section.
• Choose one or multiple service zones from the dropdown (e.g., Ahmedabad, India, Toronto, Canada, etc.) that this provider will serve.

Once you’ve selected the required zones, scroll down and click the “Save” button at the bottom right corner.

Add and Manage Location-Based Services

This title clearly indicates that services are being added and controlled based on zones, and it’s suitable for both admin-side setup and user-visible service logic.

Step 1: From the Admin Dashboard, go to the “Services” section on the left sidebar. Click on “All Services” to view the list of all currently added services.

Step 2: Click the “Add Service” button on the top-right corner.

Step 3: Fill Basic Service Details including the Service Name and select the appropriate Category and Sub Category (e.g., Cleaning > House & Office Cleaning). Choose the Provider responsible for the service. and Under the “Select Zone” field, choose the zone(s) where this service should be available (e.g., Ahmedabad, India).

Step 5: Click the “Save” button to successfully create and store the service with all the entered details and assigned zones.

User Side Short Description

Now get services tailored to your location! Based on your selected area, only nearby providers and relevant services are shown to you. This smart zone-based system ensures faster, accurate, and convenient bookings from professionals who truly serve your region. Enjoy a smoother experience every time you book!

App Side Show :

• Open your current location on the home page.

• The service zones near your location will be displayed.

• When you open the services, the name of the nearby service zone will be shown.

Web Side Show :

• Open your current location on the web page.

The Service Zone feature allows services to be offered and displayed based on the user’s geographic location. Admins can define specific zones (like cities or regions) and assign providers and services to them. This ensures users only see services that are available in their area, improving booking accuracy, reducing confusion, and delivering a more personalized experience. It also helps providers focus on relevant locations, making service delivery more efficient.
