What is Bank List? How does it work?

This bank list will be used at the time of making payouts for the Provider. Whichever bank the Provider has earned from, the admin can add that bank from the list to the particular Provider and add their bank details. Then, the Admin can transfer the earnings to the provider using that particular bank.
