How To Manage Bed Management

Patient Bed Allocation:

The Patient Bed Allocation feature allows the admin to efficiently manage all available beds in the clinic in a well-organized and real-time manner. This module provides the admin with complete control over assigning suitable beds to patients, tracking the current status of each bed, and managing overall bed utilization.

The admin can easily select an available bed and assign it to a patient. During the bed allocation process, patient details such as name, admission date, and other relevant information can be accurately managed. Once the patient is discharged, the admin can update the bed status back to Available, ensuring proper and up-to-date bed availability management.

How to Manage Patient Bed Allocation

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard.

From the sidebar menu, click on Patient Bed Allocation.

The Patient Bed Allocation list page will open, where the admin can manage bed allocations.

2. To create a new Patient Bed Allocation, click on the New button on the right side.

3. After clicking the New button, a new page will open. Fill in all the required details on this page.

4. Once all details are entered, click on the Save button to complete the process.

All Bed :

The All Bed feature allows the admin to centrally and efficiently manage all available beds in the clinic or hospital. Through this module, the admin can view, add, update, and manage complete bed information from a single place.

The admin can easily add new beds to the system using the New Bed option. While adding a bed, details such as bed name, bed type, charges, and other required information can be entered. If needed, the admin can edit existing bed details or mark a bed as Inactive to control its availability.

How to Manage All Bed

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard.

From the sidebar menu, click on All Bed

The Bed list page will open, where the admin can manage bed.

2. To create a new Bed, click on the New button on the right side.

3. After clicking the New button, a new page will open. Fill in all the required details on this page.

4. Once all details are entered, click on the Save button to complete the process.

Bed Type

The Bed Type feature allows the admin to properly and efficiently manage the different types of beds available in the clinic or hospital. Through this module, the admin can create various bed categories, making it easier to assign beds according to the patient’s needs and type of treatment.

On this page, the admin can view the list of all Bed Types, such as General, ICU, Private, etc. For each bed type, the admin can manage Bed Type Name, Description, and other relevant information.

The admin can easily add a new bed type using the New Bed Type option. While adding a bed type, its name, description, and other necessary details can be entered. If needed, the admin can edit existing bed types to update them or mark them as Inactive to temporarily remove them from use.

How to Manage Bed Type

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard.

From the sidebar menu, click on Bed Type

The Bed Type list page will open, where the admin can manage bed type.

2. To create a new Bed Type, click on the New button on the right side.

3. After clicking the New button, a new page will open. Fill in all the required details on this page.

4. Once all details are entered, click on the Save button to complete the process.

Bed Status

The Bed Status feature allows the admin to monitor and manage the current status of all beds in the clinic or hospital in real-time. Through this module, the admin can instantly know which beds are available, which are currently occupied, and which beds are temporarily blocked or inactive.

The admin can update the bed status as needed. When a bed is assigned to a patient, its status is automatically set to Occupied, and when the patient is discharged, the bed is updated back to Available. This ensures that bed availability information is always accurate and up-to-date.

The Bed Status module is fully integrated with Patient Bed Allocation, All Bed, and Bed Type, ensuring that every bed management process is interconnected and streamlined.
