Patient Bed Allocation:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Patient Bed Allocation<\/strong> feature allows the admin<\/strong> to efficiently manage all available beds<\/strong> in the clinic<\/strong> in a well-organized and real-time<\/strong> manner. This module<\/strong> provides the admin<\/strong> with complete control<\/strong> over assigning suitable beds<\/strong> to patients<\/strong>, tracking<\/strong> the current status<\/strong> of each bed<\/strong>, and managing overall bed utilization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin<\/strong> can easily select<\/strong> an available bed<\/strong> and assign<\/strong> it to a patient<\/strong>. During the bed allocation process<\/strong>, patient details<\/strong> such as name<\/strong>, admission date<\/strong>, and other relevant information<\/strong> can be accurately managed<\/strong>. Once the patient<\/strong> is discharged<\/strong>, the admin<\/strong> can update the bed status<\/strong> back to Available<\/strong>, ensuring proper and up-to-date bed availability management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Manage Patient Bed Allocation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the sidebar menu<\/strong>, click on Patient Bed Allocation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Patient Bed Allocation list page<\/strong> will open, where the admin can manage bed allocations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. To create a new Patient Bed Allocation<\/strong>, click on the New<\/strong> button on the right side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. After clicking the New<\/strong> button, a new page will open. Fill in all the required details on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Bed :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The All Bed<\/strong> feature allows the admin<\/strong> to centrally and efficiently manage all available beds<\/strong> in the clinic or hospital<\/strong>. Through this module<\/strong>, the admin<\/strong> can view<\/strong>, add<\/strong>, update<\/strong>, and manage<\/strong> complete bed information<\/strong> from a single place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin<\/strong> can easily add new beds<\/strong> to the system using the New Bed<\/strong> option. While adding a bed<\/strong>, details such as bed name<\/strong>, bed type<\/strong>, charges<\/strong>, and other required information<\/strong> can be entered. If needed, the admin<\/strong> can edit existing bed details<\/strong> or mark a bed as Inactive<\/strong> to control its availability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Manage All Bed<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bed Type<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Bed Type<\/strong> feature allows the admin<\/strong> to properly and efficiently manage the different types of beds<\/strong> available in the clinic or hospital. Through this module, the admin can create various bed categories<\/strong>, making it easier to assign beds according to the patient\u2019s needs<\/strong> and type of treatment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this page, the admin can view the list of all Bed Types<\/strong>, such as General<\/strong>, ICU<\/strong>, Private<\/strong>, etc. For each bed type, the admin can manage Bed Type Name<\/strong>, Description<\/strong>, and other relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin can easily add a new bed type using the New Bed Type<\/strong> option. While adding a bed type, its name<\/strong>, description<\/strong>, and other necessary details can be entered. If needed, the admin can edit<\/strong> existing bed types to update them or mark them as Inactive<\/strong> to temporarily remove them from use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Manage Bed Type<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bed Status<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Bed Status<\/strong> feature allows the admin<\/strong> to monitor and manage the current status<\/strong> of all beds in the clinic or hospital in real-time<\/strong>. Through this module, the admin can instantly know which beds are available<\/strong>, which are currently occupied<\/strong>, and which beds are temporarily blocked<\/strong> or inactive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin can update the bed status<\/strong> as needed. When a bed is assigned to a patient, its status is automatically set to Occupied<\/strong>, and when the patient is discharged, the bed is updated back to Available<\/strong>. This ensures that bed availability information<\/strong> is always accurate and up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bed Status<\/strong> module is fully integrated with Patient Bed Allocation<\/strong>, All Bed<\/strong>, and Bed Type<\/strong>, ensuring that every bed management process is interconnected and streamlined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
