{"id":856,"date":"2025-07-02T06:06:18","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T06:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/?p=856"},"modified":"2025-11-27T05:25:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T05:25:44","slug":"integrating-pharma-module-in-admin-panel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/integrating-pharma-module-in-admin-panel\/","title":{"rendered":"Integrating Pharma Module in Admin Panel"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fresh Installation Requirement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This process is required only once for fresh, first-time Pharma Module integration from the Admin Panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start using the <strong>KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon<\/strong>, you must first download and upload the plugin into your main KiviCare Admin Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Download the Add-on<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, purchase and download the <strong>\u201cKiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon\u201d<\/strong> product from CodeCanyon.<br>You will receive a ZIP file \u2014 <strong>do not extract it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Log in to the KiviCare Admin Panel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1589\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/07\/image-82.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1121\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Open your main <strong>KiviCare Admin Panel<\/strong> and log in as <strong>Super Admin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to: <strong>System Tab \u2192 Plugins \u2192 Upload File<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Upload the Pharma Addon ZIP File<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1594\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/07\/image-81.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1111\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking the <strong>Upload File<\/strong> button, a screen will appear where you must fill in the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plugin Name*<\/strong>:<br>Enter any name you prefer. You can use \u201cPharma Addon,\u201d or choose your own plugin name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File*<\/strong>:<br>Click <strong>Choose File<\/strong> and select the <em>original ZIP file<\/em> of the <strong>KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon<\/strong>.<br><em>(Upload the ZIP directly\u2014do not extract it.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Old Plugin<\/strong>:<br>Select the appropriate option from the dropdown (if replacing an old version).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description*<\/strong>:<br>Add a short 2\u20133 line description for your Pharma Addon plugin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Submit the Plugin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once all details are filled in, click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Pharma Addon will now be uploaded to the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5:  Activate the Pharma Addon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After uploading, follow the official documentation to activate the module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activate\/Deactivate KiviCare Pharma Addon Module From Admin Panel<\/strong><br>(Link: <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/user-guide\/activate-deactivate-kivicare-pharma-addon-module-from-admin-panel\">https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/user-guide\/activate-deactivate-kivicare-pharma-addon-module-from-admin-panel<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once activated, the Pharma Module features will become available in your KiviCare system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steps to Update Code When a New Version Is Released<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have already completed the initial installation and later want to update the code for the <strong>KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon<\/strong>, follow the process below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To update the code, download the <strong>latest updated version<\/strong> of the <em>KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon<\/em> and replace only the updated files inside your main product folder: <strong>\u201cKiviCare(TM) \u2013 Clinic Management System for Healthcare with Appointments &amp; EMR (Laravel + Flutter)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will follow the same code update steps given in the documentation below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Code Update Guide:<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/updates\/how-do-i-update-existing-code-with-new-release\">https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/updates\/update-the-laravel-project-from-older-version<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc<strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are doing a <strong>fresh installation<\/strong>, you must follow the full integration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have already installed the Pharma Addon once, then whenever we release a new update for the <strong>KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon<\/strong>, you simply need to replace the updated files in the corresponding folders of the main product:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cKiviCare(TM) \u2013 Clinic Management System for Healthcare with Appointments &amp; EMR (Laravel + Flutter)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f No extra installation steps are required after the first setup\u2014just a normal code replacement, as done in any regular update process.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fresh Installation Requirement This process is required only once for fresh, first-time Pharma Module integration from the Admin Panel.
