Before performing any Pharma-related actions, the Super Admin must first enable the Pharma Module from the Admin Panel<\/strong>.
Only after activation can Admin users manage Pharma-related features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding Pharma in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pharma Module<\/strong> is an add-on<\/strong> in the KiviCare-Laravel system<\/strong> that helps clinics or hospitals digitally manage all pharmacy-related operations<\/strong>. As a Super Admin<\/strong>, you have full access<\/strong> to manage every pharmacy (pharma account)<\/strong> created within the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Log<\/strong> in to the Admin Panel<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pharma Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Go to the Dashboard<\/strong> and open the Sidebar Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on Pharma<\/strong> to access the Pharma Module<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You will see the All Pharma List<\/strong>, where all existing pharma accounts<\/strong> are displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use the status toggle<\/strong> to update the pharma status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the view icon<\/strong> to see detailed pharma information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the Edit icon<\/strong>, make the required changes, and save<\/strong> them to update the pharma account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the change password icon<\/strong> to change the password of any pharma account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> To add a new pharma<\/strong>, click on the New<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3:<\/strong> Fill in the required fields<\/strong> such as First Name<\/strong>, Last Name<\/strong>, Contact Details<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4:<\/strong> After that, click on the Save<\/strong> button. Once saved successfully<\/strong>, the new pharma<\/strong> will be added to the All Pharma List<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managing Prescriptions in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Prescription Module<\/strong> is designed for both Super Admins<\/strong> and Pharma owners<\/strong> so that you can easily manage patients\u2019 medical prescriptions<\/strong>. This module helps you track all details in one place, such as Date & Time<\/strong>, Patient<\/strong>, Doctor<\/strong>, Clinic Name<\/strong>, Pharma<\/strong>, Medicine Price<\/strong>, Status<\/strong>, and Payment Status<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • On this page, you will see the All Prescriptions<\/strong> list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • From here, you can manage all existing prescriptions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on the view icon<\/strong> to see its details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You can delete a prescription by clicking on the Delete icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Managing Suppliers in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Supplier Module<\/strong> allows you to easily manage all medicine suppliers<\/strong> for your medical or pharmacy store directly from the Super Admin Panel<\/strong>. Using this module, you can store and organize important supplier information such as supplier details<\/strong>, contact information<\/strong>, supplier type<\/strong>, pharma<\/strong>, and pharma types<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By saving these details, it becomes very easy for you to create purchase orders<\/strong>, because you can clearly see which medicine<\/strong> comes from which supplier<\/strong>. This also helps you maintain a proper supplier history<\/strong> for future reference<\/strong>. With this module, you can easily track which suppliers are reliable<\/strong>, who deliver on time<\/strong>, and which suppliers provide specific medicines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Overall, the Supplier Module<\/strong> helps you maintain a complete list of suppliers<\/strong>, making it easier to track medicine sources<\/strong> and manage future purchases<\/strong> efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Supplier Type Module<\/strong> helps you organize your suppliers into different categories\/types<\/strong>, making your pharmacy store more structured and easier to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Using this module, you can assign suppliers to different categories<\/strong>. While adding a supplier, you can select its type<\/strong>, which helps you know in the future which supplier belongs to which category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This makes it easier to create category-wise reports<\/strong> and analyze which types of suppliers contribute to the most purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        With this module, you can divide suppliers by category\/type<\/strong>, making management<\/strong>, reporting<\/strong>, and filtering<\/strong> simpler and keeping your business more organized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The All Medicine<\/strong> section helps you add, edit, manage, and organize<\/strong> all the medicines available in your pharmacy store. This is one of the most important parts of inventory management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          With this module, you can store and manage<\/strong> all medicines in one place. You can easily track which medicines are available<\/strong>, low in stock<\/strong>, or out of stock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          It allows you to manage all medicines with proper details<\/strong>, making stock management<\/strong>, purchasing<\/strong>, and billing<\/strong> faster and more organized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Click on the Edit icon<\/strong> in the row to make changes. Make the required updates and click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Click on the Show icon<\/strong> to view the Medicine Details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click on the New<\/strong> button at the top-right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Basic Medicine Info<\/strong>: Medicine Name, Enter Dosages, Category, Form, Note<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Select Pharma<\/strong>: choose the Pharma<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Supplier Info<\/strong>: Supplier, Contact Number, Payment Terms (Days)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • Pricing<\/strong>: Purchase Price (USD), Selling Price (USD), Tax, Stock Value (USD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Managing Purchase Orders in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                The Purchase Order<\/strong> section helps you manage the entire process of ordering medicines for your pharmacy store. It allows you to place orders to your vendors\/suppliers<\/strong> and keep all purchase-related details organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                With this module, you can easily create a medicine order<\/strong> for any supplier. It also maintains a proper record of which medicines were purchased from which supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Once a purchase order is approved or received<\/strong>, the medicine stock gets updated automatically<\/strong>, ensuring accurate inventory levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                This section also helps you manage purchase history<\/strong>, total cost<\/strong>, and invoice tracking<\/strong>, making your pharmacy operations smooth and well-organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Here, you will see the All Purchase Orders List<\/strong>, which includes Date, Medicine Name, Supplier Name, Manufacturer Name, Quantity, Delivery Date, Payment Status, and Order Status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Click on the Edit icon<\/strong> in the row to make changes. Make the required updates and click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                  Medicine Category<\/strong> is used in the pharmacy system to classify medicines into proper groups or categories. This helps organize the inventory, makes searching easier, and improves overall reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  With this module, you can group all medicines based on their respective categories, making inventory management, searching, and generating reports much easier and faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Adding Medicine Forms in Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    The Medicine Form <\/strong>is used in the pharmacy system to define the physical form\/type<\/strong> of medicines. This helps the system identify whether a medicine is available as a tablet, syrup, injection<\/strong>, etc., which is very important for billing, stock management, and search<\/strong>. With this module, you can easily define the form of each medicine, making it simple to select the correct form while adding a new medicine. This keeps the entire inventory well-organized and easy to manage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Managing Expired Medicines in Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      The Expired Medicine<\/strong> module is used in the pharmacy system to track expired medicines<\/strong>, remove them<\/strong>, keep the stock clean<\/strong>, and maintain compliance<\/strong>. This module is very important for safety<\/strong> and accuracy<\/strong> in pharmacy management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      In this section, all expired medicines<\/strong> in the pharmacy store are automatically listed<\/strong>. With the help of this list, you can easily remove expired stock<\/strong>, avoid mistakes<\/strong>, and keep the inventory accurate<\/strong> and clean at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • The system will show you the All Expired Medicines List<\/strong>. In this list, you will see details like Medicine Name, Form, Dosage, Expiry Date, Manufacturer Name, Selling Price,<\/strong> and Stock<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • All expired medicines will be automatically displayed<\/strong> in the list. You can verify each medicine\u2019s expiry date<\/strong> and stock quantity<\/strong> individually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Note:<\/strong> The Expired Medicines List is generated automatically<\/strong> by the system \u2014 there is no need to mark expiry manually<\/strong> from the admin side.
                        Just make sure to enter the correct expiry date<\/strong> while adding medicine.
                        If the data is correct, this module will work accurately and smoothly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
