As a <strong>Super Admin<\/strong>, you have <strong>full access<\/strong> to manage every <strong>pharmacy (pharma account)<\/strong> created within the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Log<\/strong> in to the<strong> <strong>Admin Panel<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Pharma Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Dashboard<\/strong> and open the <strong>Sidebar Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Pharma<\/strong> to access the <strong>Pharma Module<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see the <strong>All Pharma List<\/strong>, where all existing <strong>pharma accounts<\/strong> are displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the <strong>status toggle<\/strong> to update the pharma status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>view icon<\/strong> to see detailed pharma information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Edit icon<\/strong>, make the required changes, and <strong>save<\/strong> them to update the pharma account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>change password icon<\/strong> to change the password of any pharma account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1591\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/11\/image-46.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1057\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> To add a <strong>new pharma<\/strong>, click on the <strong>New<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1590\" height=\"643\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/11\/image-47.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1058\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Fill in the <strong>required fields<\/strong> such as <strong>First Name<\/strong>, <strong>Last Name<\/strong>, <strong>Contact Details<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1908\" height=\"892\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/11\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-903\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> After that, click on the <strong>Save<\/strong> button. Once <strong>saved successfully<\/strong>, the <strong>new pharma<\/strong> will be added to the <strong>All Pharma List<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Managing Prescriptions in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Prescription Module<\/strong> is designed for both <strong>Super Admins<\/strong> and <strong>Pharma owners<\/strong> so that you can easily manage patients\u2019 <strong>medical prescriptions<\/strong>. Using this module, you can store and organize important supplier information such as <strong>supplier details<\/strong>, <strong>contact information<\/strong>, <strong>supplier type<\/strong>, <strong>pharma<\/strong>, and <strong>pharma types<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By saving these details, it becomes very easy for you to create <strong>purchase orders<\/strong>, because you can clearly see which <strong>medicine<\/strong> comes from which <strong>supplier<\/strong>. This also helps you maintain a proper <strong>supplier history<\/strong> for <strong>future reference<\/strong>. Once <strong>saved<\/strong>, the <strong>new supplier<\/strong> entry will be added to the <strong>Supplier List<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Managing Supplier Types in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Supplier Type Module<\/strong> helps you organize your suppliers into different <strong>categories\/types<\/strong>, making your pharmacy store more structured and easier to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this module, you can assign suppliers to different <strong>categories<\/strong>. This is one of the most important parts of <strong>inventory management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this module, you can <strong>store and manage<\/strong> all medicines in one place. The new medicine entry will be added to the <strong>Medicine List<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Managing Purchase Orders in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Purchase Order<\/strong> section helps you manage the entire process of ordering medicines for your pharmacy store. It allows you to place orders to your <strong>vendors\/suppliers<\/strong> and keep all purchase-related details organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this module, you can easily <strong>create a medicine order<\/strong> for any supplier. It also maintains a proper record of which medicines were purchased from which supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a purchase order is <strong>approved or received<\/strong>, the medicine <strong>stock gets updated automatically<\/strong>, ensuring accurate inventory levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This section also helps you manage <strong>purchase history<\/strong>, <strong>total cost<\/strong>, and <strong>invoice tracking<\/strong>, making your pharmacy operations smooth and well-organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: <strong>Log<\/strong><\/strong> in to the<strong><strong> <strong>Admin Panel<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"731\" src=\"https:\/\/documentation.iqonic.design\/kivicare-pharma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/11\/image-65.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1157\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Open Purchase Order (Order Medicine) <strong><strong>Access<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From here, you can manage <strong>all orders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Purchase Order<\/strong> from the <strong>Sidebar Menu<\/strong> in the dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, you will see the <strong>All Purchase Orders List<\/strong>, which includes <strong>Date, Medicine Name, Supplier Name, Manufacturer Name, Quantity, Delivery Date, Payment Status, and Order Status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Edit icon<\/strong> in the row to make changes. Make the required updates and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Delete icon<\/strong> to delete a Purchase Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Order Status<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending<\/strong> \u2013 Created but not received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivering<\/strong> \u2013 Medicines received in store; stock updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancelled<\/strong> \u2013 Order cancelled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Order icon<\/strong> to view the <strong>order details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Managing Medicine Categories in the Admin Panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medicine Category<\/strong> is used in the pharmacy system to classify medicines into proper groups or categories.
