Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><br>By connecting your Zoom account to the KiviCare Telemedicine Addon (\u201cthe Integration\u201d), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply specifically to the usage of Zoom features within the KiviCare ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Description of Service<\/strong><br>The Integration provides a bridge between your WordPress-based KiviCare Clinic Management System and the Zoom Video Communications platform. It automates the scheduling, link generation, and status synchronization of video consultations based on your clinic\u2019s appointment records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. User Requirements<\/strong><br>To use this service, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a valid, active installation of the KiviCare plugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a valid Zoom Account (Basic, Pro, Business, or Enterprise).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the necessary authority to install Marketplace Apps on your Zoom account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Professional Responsibility &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Medical Disclaimer:<\/strong> This Integration is a scheduling tool only. It does not provide medical advice. The healthcare provider is solely responsible for the quality and conduct of the consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong> You acknowledge that you are responsible for configuring your Zoom account settings (e.g., encryption, cloud recording retention) to comply with local healthcare regulations such as HIPAA (USA) or GDPR (Europe). We strongly recommend enabling \u201cWaiting Rooms\u201d and \u201cPasscodes,\u201d which our Integration enforces by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service Availability:<\/strong> We are not responsible for appointment disruptions caused by Zoom API outages, WordPress server failures, or local internet connectivity issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Accuracy:<\/strong> While we utilize Webhooks to sync statuses, we do not guarantee real-time accuracy if the Zoom API is unreachable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><br>The KiviCare Telemedicine plugin code is owned by <strong>Iqonic Design<\/strong>. The \u201cZoom\u201d name and logo are trademarks of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Termination<\/strong><br>You may terminate this service at any time by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clicking \u201cDisconnect\u201d in your Doctor Dashboard &gt; Settings &gt; Integration &gt; Zoom Telemed &gt; Zoom OAuth Configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uninstalling the \u201cKiviCare Telemed\u201d app from your Zoom Marketplace \u201cInstalled Apps\u201d list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
