Zoom Integration Guide for KiviCare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This guide explains how to connect, use, and disconnect the KiviCare Telemedicine integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. How to Install (Connect)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To link your Zoom account to your KiviCare Doctor profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Log in to your KiviCare Doctor Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration > Zoom Telemed > Zoom OAuth Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the \u201cConnect Zoom Account\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page. Click \u201cAllow\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You will be redirected back to KiviCare with a \u201cConnected<\/strong>\u201d success status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. How to Use (Create a Meeting)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Once connected, Zoom meetings are created automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Go to Appointments<\/strong> > Add Appointment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select a Patient and a Service that is enabled for Telemedicine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Open the Appointment Details<\/strong> (Eye Icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. You will see a \u201cStart Zoom Meeting\u201d<\/strong> button (for Doctors) or a \u201cJoin Meeting\u201d<\/strong> button (for Patients).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. How to Uninstall (Disconnect)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      You can revoke access at any time using one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Method A: From KiviCare (Recommended)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Log in to your KiviCare Doctor Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to Settings -> Integration -> Zoom Telemed -> Zoom OAuth Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the \u201cDisconnect\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. This effectively logs you out and deletes your access tokens from the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Method B: From Zoom Marketplace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click Manage<\/strong> > Added Apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
