This guide explains how to install and activate the KiviCare Google Meet Addon<\/strong> on your WordPress website. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and successful setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Download & Upload the Plugin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Log in to your IQONIC Design<\/strong> account and download the kivicare-googlemeet.zip<\/code> file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Access your WordPress Admin Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Upload Plugin<\/strong>, then choose the downloaded .zip<\/code> file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Install Now<\/strong> to begin the installation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Activate the Plugin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once the installation is complete, click the Activate<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. During activation, the plugin automatically checks the database and creates the required mapping table:\n

      • wp_kc_appointment_google_meet_mappings<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Confirm that the KiviCare Core Plugin<\/strong> (version 4.0.0 or higher) is installed and active, as this addon depends on it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Step 3: Verify Successful Activation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to KiviCare > Settings<\/strong> in the WordPress dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Locate the Telemedicine<\/strong> section or Google Meet Settings<\/strong> within the settings panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. If Google Meet Settings<\/strong> is visible, the addon has been successfully activated and is ready for configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
