Set up your clinic\u2019s Google Meet integration in just a few minutes. This quick-start guide walks you through the OAuth 2.0 configuration<\/strong> required to connect KiviCare with Google Meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Create a Google Cloud Project and OAuth App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Visit the Google Cloud Console<\/strong> and sign in to your Google account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Create a new project (for example, KiviCare Google Meet<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to APIs & Services > Library<\/strong> and enable the Google Calendar API<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Go to APIs & Services > Credentials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Create Credentials > OAuth Client ID<\/strong> and configure the following:\n
      \n
    • Application Type:<\/strong> Web application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Application Name:<\/strong> KiviCare Meet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In the Authorized Redirect URIs<\/strong> field, add the following URL: YOUR_SITE_URL\/wp-json\/kivicare\/v1\/settings\/googlemeet\/callback<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save the configuration and copy your Client ID<\/strong> and Client Secret<\/strong>. You will need these in the next step.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Part 2: Configure Google Meet in KiviCare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Open your WordPress Admin Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to KiviCare > Settings > Google Meet Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Paste the Client ID<\/strong> and Client Secret<\/strong> into their respective fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click Save Settings<\/strong> to apply the configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        Part 3: Connect Doctor Google Accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Each doctor must connect their own Google account to enable video consultations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Once connected, the status will update to Connected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The doctor logs in to the KiviCare Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Navigates to Settings > Google Meet Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Clicks Connect to Google Meet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        On the Google authorization screen, clicks Allow<\/strong> to grant access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Part 4: Test the Google Meet Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Create a Virtual Consultation<\/strong> service in KiviCare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Book a test appointment using this service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Refresh the appointment details in the KiviCare Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Verify that a Google Meet link<\/strong> appears in the appointment details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
