The Global Google Meet Settings<\/strong> allow the Clinic Administrator to establish and manage the core connection between the clinic\u2019s WordPress website and the Google Cloud ecosystem<\/strong>. These settings act as the foundation for enabling Google Meet\u2013based virtual consultations across the clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing Google Meet Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To configure the global Google Meet integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard as an Administrator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to KiviCare > Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Google Meet Settings<\/strong> from the settings sidebar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Google Meet Configuration Fields<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The following fields are required to connect KiviCare with Google Cloud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Field<\/span><\/th>Description<\/span><\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Client ID<\/strong><\/td>The OAuth Client ID generated in the Google Cloud Console.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client Secret<\/strong><\/td>The OAuth Client Secret provided by the Google Cloud Console.<\/td><\/tr>
    Authorized Redirect URI<\/strong><\/td>A system-generated redirect URL that must be added to the Google Cloud Console for successful OAuth authentication.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Default Meeting Configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Administrators can define default behaviors for all Google Meet sessions created through KiviCare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Calendar Reminders<\/strong>
      Automatically applies Google Calendar\u2019s default reminder settings to new meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attendee Management<\/strong>
      Automatically adds both the doctor and the patient as attendees to the Google Calendar event, ensuring seamless access to the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Saving & Applying Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      After entering the required credentials, click Save Settings<\/strong>.
      Once saved, the configuration is immediately applied across the clinic and becomes available to all doctors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
