The Clinic Administrator is responsible for the baseline connection between the clinic’s website and the Zoom ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in as Administrator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to KiviCare > Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose Zoom Telemed<\/strong> from the sidebar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Client ID<\/strong><\/td>The ID provided by the Zoom App Marketplace.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client Secret<\/strong><\/td>The secret key provided by Zoom.<\/td><\/tr>
    Account ID<\/strong><\/td>(Required for S2S) Your Zoom Account Identifier.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    \u2699\ufe0f Default Meeting Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Admins can define the behavior for every newly created meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Host Video:<\/strong> Start with host camera ON\/OFF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participant Video:<\/strong> Start with patient camera ON\/OFF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Join Before Host:<\/strong> Allow patients to enter the room before the doctor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mute upon Entry:<\/strong> Automatically mute audio at start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Waiting Room:<\/strong> Enforce a digital lobby.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
