In the Global Settings<\/strong> or Doctor Dashboard<\/strong>, you will find a “Test Zoom Config” button. Clicking this triggers the KCTZoom->test_connection()<\/code> method which performs three checks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Credential Format:<\/strong> Checks if Client ID\/Secret are properly entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. API Reachability:<\/strong> Attempts to ping api.zoom.us\/v2\/<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Token Validity:<\/strong> Verifies that the current access token allows for “Meeting Creation” scopes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. Check the kc_appointment_zoom_mappings<\/code> table (or appointment details).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
