The Reports<\/strong> module provides data-driven insights into the financial health and operational efficiency of your clinic. It offers real-time visualization of revenue streams and appointment volume, helping administrators make informed decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Accessing Reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To view the analytics dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Reports dashboard features a global filter bar at the top, allowing you to refine the data displayed across all charts.

    Global Filters<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Select Clinic<\/strong>: (Administrator Only) Choose a specific facility to view its individual performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select Doctor<\/strong>: Filter data for a specific practitioner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Month & Year<\/strong>: Adjust the timeframe to analyze historical data or current performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Key Sections<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The dashboard is divided into five primary analytic components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A) Clinic Revenue (Overall)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Purpose<\/strong>: Displays a high-level percentage breakdown of revenue generated by different clinics (if multiple exist) or revenue categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Insight<\/strong>: Quickly identify which clinics are your top earners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        B) Clinic Revenue (Detail)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Type<\/strong>: Bar Chart<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Purpose<\/strong>: Provides a granular view of revenue figures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Insight<\/strong>: Compare actual earnings value across different clinics side-by-side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          C) Doctor Revenue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • Purpose<\/strong>: Break down the total revenue generated by each doctor within the selected clinic and timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                Access to this analytic data is restricted to ensure confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Administrator<\/strong>: Has Full Access<\/strong> to view reports for all clinics and all doctors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Clinic Admin<\/strong>: Restrictions to viewing reports only for their own clinic<\/strong> and the doctors assigned to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
