The KiviCare Body Chart Addon<\/strong> is an advanced feature designed for healthcare management systems built on WordPress, specifically integrated with KiviCare<\/strong>. It allows administrators and healthcare providers to visually document patient conditions using body chart diagrams during clinical encounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature improves clinical accuracy by allowing annotations directly on body images, making patient records more descriptive and easier to understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Setting \u2013>Encounter Body Chart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Encounter Body Chart Settings<\/strong> section allows administrators to configure body chart behavior and manage templates used by clinicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    General Settings<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Administrators can configure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Theme mode (Light \/ Dark)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Menu bar position<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Image handling preference (create new image or overwrite)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Available editor tools (Crop, Flip, Rotate, Draw, Shape, Icon, Filter, Text, Mask)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Body Chart Templates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Templates act as base images for creating body charts during encounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Template List<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The main screen displays a list of all configured body chart templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        2. Click Add New<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        3. Enter a Chart Name<\/strong> (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        4. Optionally add a description<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        5. Select a body chart template or upload a custom image<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        6. Annotate the image using the editor tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        7. Click Create Chart<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
