The System Configuration<\/strong> section allows administrators to enable or disable major system modules. Disabling a module will immediately restrict access and hide related features across the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Module Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This section controls the availability of core system modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receptionist Module<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When enabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Receptionist users can be:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Listed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Added<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deleted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Receptionist-related features remain accessible throughout the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    When disabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Receptionist’s list will not be accessible<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Adding, updating, or deleting receptionist users will be blocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All receptionist-related functionality will be restricted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Use case:<\/strong>
      Disable this module if your clinic or organization does not use receptionist roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Billing Module<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      When enabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Billing-related features remain available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Users can access billing workflows and data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        When disabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Billing functionality becomes inaccessible<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All billing-related screens and actions are restricted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Use case:<\/strong>
          Useful if billing is handled externally or not required in your workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          Custom Fields Module<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          When enabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Custom Fields settings are available under:
            Dashboard \u2192 Settings \u2192 Custom Fields<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Custom fields appear in their respective selected modules (e.g., Appointment, Encounter, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            When disabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Custom Fields menu will not be accessible from Dashboard \u2192 Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Previously created custom fields will not be displayed<\/strong> in any selected modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • No custom field data will be shown or editable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Use case:<\/strong>
              Disable this module to simplify the system and remove all custom field functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              2. Encounter Module(Available in Pro version)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              These settings control which sections are available inside the Encounter<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              You can enable or disable the following encounter components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Problem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Controls visibility of the Problem<\/strong> section within encounters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Observations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Controls visibility of the Observations<\/strong> section within encounters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Controls the visibility of the Notes<\/strong> section within encounters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    When a section is disabled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    • It will not appear in the encounter UI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Users cannot add or view data related to that section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Use case:<\/strong>
                      Customize encounter forms based on your clinical workflow and documentation requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      3. Prescription Module(Available in Pro version)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Prescription<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      When enabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • Prescription functionality is available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Doctors can create and manage prescriptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        When disabled<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Prescription module will be hidden<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Prescription-related actions and data will not be accessible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Use case:<\/strong>
                          Disable this module if prescriptions are managed outside the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
