The Patient Records Management<\/strong> module serves as the central directory for your clinic. It provides a complete list of all registered patients and enables quick access to their medical history, appointments, and profile settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module helps clinics efficiently manage patient information and maintain accurate, organized records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Accessing the Patient List<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access patient records:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Click Patients<\/strong> from the main sidebar menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The complete patient list will be displayed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Patient List Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The All Patients<\/strong> interface is designed for fast and efficient retrieval of patient data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Status Filter:<\/strong> View only Active<\/strong> or Inactive<\/strong> patient accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clinic Filter (Admin Only):<\/strong> For multi-clinic setups, filter patients by a specific clinic or branch<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Export Data:<\/strong> Download the patient list in CSV, Excel, or PDF<\/strong> format for reporting or offline access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Mobile Number:<\/strong> Primary contact number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Registered On:<\/strong> Date the patient profile was created<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Status:<\/strong> Indicates whether the patient account is currently active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Actions and Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Each patient record includes multiple management options in the Actions<\/strong> column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Available Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Edit (Pencil Icon):<\/strong> Update personal details, contact information, or address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Appointments (Calendar Icon):<\/strong> View past and upcoming appointment history<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reports (File Icon):<\/strong> Access uploaded medical documents, lab reports, and files<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Resend Credentials (Shield Icon):<\/strong> Send new login details if the patient has lost access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Encounters:<\/strong> View the complete clinical timeline of visits and treatments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • View Profile:<\/strong> Open the full Patient Dashboard<\/strong> to see summary statistics such as total visits, billing details, and a complete activity overview<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Delete:<\/strong> Permanently remove the patient record (restricted to Administrators<\/strong> only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
