4. How do I manage vendor commissions?

1️⃣ Open the Vendor Commissions section.
2️⃣ Select the “New” option.
3️⃣ set the commission Basic Information .
4️⃣ Click Save to store the commission details.

5. How do I register a new collector?

Go to the “Collector Management” section and select “Register Collector or Collector can self register via mobile app.

6. How do I manage my subscription?

1️⃣ Go to your Home page.
2️⃣ Open the “Subscription Management” tab.
3️⃣ Manage your subscription.
4️⃣ Complete the payment to activate the subscription.

7. How do I withdraw funds from my wallet?

Go to the “Wallet” section and select the “Withdraw” option.

8. How do I upload a prescription?

From the home page of the app, there is an option for uploading prescriptions.
1️⃣ Go to your Home page.
2️⃣ Select the “Prescription” option.
3️⃣ Manage your Prescription.

9. What payment methods are accepted?

System allows cash and online both options accepted.

10. How to add Test Case?

1️⃣ Go to the Laboratory ManagementTest Case List section.
2️⃣ Click on the “New” button to add a new test.
3️⃣ Fill in the required details.
4️⃣ Click Save to add the test case.

11. How to add package to admin panel?

1️⃣ Go to the Laboratory ManagementPackages section.
2️⃣ Click on the “New” button to add a new test.
3️⃣ Fill in the required details.
4️⃣ Click Save to store the package.

12. How to accept the test sample after appointment completion?

Once the appointment is completed and the patient has made payment, the admin must accept the test sample.
Accept samples collected either:
By a collector, or
Directly from patients visiting the lab.

13. How and where to upload the report?

After the test sample is processed, update the Status to Report Generated.
Upload the report file (PDF, document, or image).
Printing: Once uploaded, open the report and use your browser’s Print option or the panel’s Print button.
