Once the appointment is completed and the patient has made payment, the admin must accept the test sample<\/strong>.
Accept samples collected either:
By a collector, or
Directly from patients visiting the lab.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After the test sample is processed, update the Status<\/strong> to Report Generated<\/strong>.
Upload the report file (PDF, document, or image).
Printing:<\/strong> Once uploaded, open the report and use your browser\u2019s Print<\/strong> option or the panel\u2019s Print<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

14. How can I change the payment status of an appointment when the payment is manual?<\/h2>\n
\n\n

When the payment method is set to manual<\/strong>, the patient will see Cash Payment<\/strong> options in the mobile app.
Once the payment status is updated, the Collector<\/strong> will be asked to approve the cash from the mobile application.

15. How can a patient\/customer make a cash payment on the web?<\/h2>\n
\n\n

Currently, the patient role is not available on the website<\/strong>, so cash payments cannot be made directly from the web.<\/p>\n

Cash Payments in Mobile Apps:<\/strong>
– Patients can choose Cash on Collection<\/strong> while booking via the mobile app.
– The actual cash is collected by the Collector<\/strong> at the time of sample collection (for home collection services).
– Once collected, the cash flow continues as follows:
Collector \u2192 Vendor \u2192 Admin approvals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cash Payments at the Lab:<\/strong>
– When an appointment is booked directly at the lab, the system automatically treats the payment method as cash by default<\/strong>.
– As soon as the Admin\/Vendor updates the payment status to \u201cPaid\u201d<\/strong>, the system records this as a cash payment.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

16. From where can the admin update the payment status to \u201cPaid\u201d?<\/h2>\n
