Categories & Filtering

Organizing your streaming channels is essential for scalability and a smooth user experience. The Live Streaming plugin offers a powerful Categories feature to group, filter, and showcase channels efficiently.

📁 Create Channel Categories

To add or manage categories:

Go to Live Streaming → Categories

From here, you can:

• Add New Categories (e.g., Sports, News, Music, Education)
• Edit Existing Categories
• Assign Icons or Labels (optional, based on theme support)

🧷 Assign Categories to Channels

While creating or editing a TV Channel:

1. Scroll to the Channel Category section
2. Select one or more categories
3. Update the channel to save

✅ You can assign a channel to multiple categories for better discoverability.
