How to Add a New TV Channel?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Add TV Channel<\/strong> page lets you quickly create a new live stream by adding the channel name, images, video URL, category, and ad settings \u2014 all in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Live Streaming \u2192 TV Channel \u2192 Add TV Channel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You\u2019ll see a screen similar to this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Title – Enter the name of the TV channel (e.g., Sports Live, News 24).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Author – Automatically set to the current user; you can leave this as-is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status – Set the channel status (e.g., Published, Draft) to control visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • EPG Channel ID – Enter the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) ID to link with program guide data.
      Note:<\/em><\/strong> EPG must be enabled for this setting to work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Content – Add a description or details about the channel, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Thumbnail Image<\/strong>: Upload or select the main image shown in listings or previews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Portrait Image<\/strong>: Upload or select a vertical image, often used in mobile layouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Recommended Channels<\/strong>: Link to other related channels, this increases engagement by suggesting similar or complementary streams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select Category<\/strong>: Assign the channel to one or more categories to help users filter and find it easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Enable\/Disable Ads Feature<\/strong> \u2192 Toggle to enable or disable ads for this channel. This gives you control over monetization at the individual stream level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Ads Type<\/strong> \u2192 Choose the ad integration type (e.g., VAST<\/strong>). This determines how the ad content will be fetched and displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • VAST URL<\/strong> \u2192Enter the ad provider\u2019s VAST tag URL.
            \ud83d\udca1 Tip<\/em>: Double-check the VAST URL is active and correctly set up with your ad network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • HTML<\/strong> \u2013 Manually embed custom ad content using HTML (e.g., banners, iframes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
