404 Settings

The 404 Page Settings allow you to customize the content and structure of the error page displayed when a visitor lands on a non-existent page on your website. A well-designed 404 page improves user experience and helps retain visitors by guiding them back to functional sections of your site.

  • Title:
    • Enter a custom title for the 404 error page.
    • The title is typically the first element visitors will see when reaching the error page.
  • Description:
    • Add a descriptive message to explain the error or guide users on what to do next.
    • This message can be informative and helpful, encouraging users to explore other sections of the site.
  • Button:
    • The button can be linked to any desired URL for user redirection.
    • Define the text displayed on the button that redirects users from the 404 page back to a functional part of your site (like the homepage or a contact page).

Header Visibility:

  • Enable/Disable Header:
    • Choose whether to display the standard website header on the 404 error page.
    • Enable: The header will appear, allowing users to access the navigation menu and other header elements.
    • Disable: The header will be hidden, creating a minimalistic error page focused only on the error message and redirection options.

Footer Visibility:

  • Enable/Disable Footer:
    • Choose whether to display the website footer on the 404 error page.
    • Enable: The footer will be visible, showing links, contact information, and other footer widgets.
    • Disable: The footer will be hidden for a simpler, distraction-free design.
  • Action Buttons
    • Save Changes: Saves the current settings.
    • Reset Section: Resets the current section to its default settings.
    • Reset All: Resets all settings across the maintenance mode panel to default values.
