How to Add Movies?

Step 1: Access Movies

1. Navigate: Go to Dashboard > Movies > Add/Edit Movie.
2. Edit Existing: Select a movie from the list to edit its details.

Note: To Quick Add Movie to your Catalog only just 3 fields require:

Upload Movie: Video file of the movie.

Title: Name of the movie.

Thumbnail: Poster/image for the movie.

Step 2: Add Basic Movie Details

• Title: Enter the movie title in the provided field.
• Author: Select the author from the dropdown list.
• Status: Choose the movie status from the dropdown (e.g., Published, Draft).
• Content: Write the movie description in the content editor.
• Thumbnail: Upload or select a thumbnail image for the movie.
• Excerpt: Add a short summary or description for the movie.

Step 3: General Movie Details

Navigate to the General tab and configure the following options:

• Choose Movie Method:
  Select one of the options:
  1. Upload Movie: Upload the movie file from the media library.
  2. Embed Movie: Add embed movie content (e.g., iframe).
  3. Movie URL: Provide the movie URL and tick the box if it is an affiliate URL.
• Movie Release Date: Enter the release date of the movie.
• Movie Time Duration: Specify the movie’s duration.
• Movie Censor Rating: Enter the censor rating (e.g., PG, R).
• Language: Specify the movie language(s).

Step 4: Related Content

• Recommended Movies: Select recommended movies from the dropdown list.

Step 5: Related Videos

• Related Videos: Select related videos from the dropdown list.

Step 6: Cast

• Cast: Choose cast members from the dropdown, then click Add. You can add multiple cast members.

Step 7: Crew

• Crew: Choose crew members from the dropdown, then click Add. You can add multiple crew members.

Step 8: Sources

• Sources: Click Add Source to include additional sources for the movie.

Step 10: Genres

• Genres: Choose movie genres from the dropdown and click Add. You can add multiple genres.

Step 11: Tags

• Tags: Choose movie tags from the dropdown and click Add. You can add multiple tags.

Step 12: Additional Data

• Trailer Link: Enter the trailer URL.
• Upcoming: Tick the box if the movie is set as an upcoming release.
• Portrait Image: Upload the portrait image of the movie (required field).
• IMDb Rating: Manually enter the IMDb rating for the movie.
• Related Product: Select related products from the dropdown list.
• Notification: Tick the box to notify users about the product.

Step 13: Membership Level

• Membership Level: Select PMP levels from the dropdown to restrict access to specific membership levels.
