Plan-Based Login Limit Configuration

Using this method, you can set a Membership plan-based login limit for users, controlling how many devices (mobile app or web) they can use under a specific membership plan.

To configure device login limits, you need to access the administrative backend of your platform.

Step 1: Open Membership Plan Settings

To configure device login limits:

• Go to Dashboard → Memberships → Membership Levels
• Edit an existing plan or create a new one
• Inside the plan edit page, scroll down and open the Other Settings section.
• The Login Limit Settings panel is located under this section.

Step 2: Configure Login Limit Settings

Inside Login Limit Settings, you will find:

Platform Selection

Choose which platforms should follow the login restriction:

• Mobile
• Website
• Or both

Total Device Login Limit

Set how many devices the user can log in on at the same time.

• Set 0 → unlimited devices

• Example: Set 2 → user can use only 2 devices

• Leave blank → no device limit for this plan
