The General Settings<\/strong> section in Content Import allows you to configure API keys for different external content providers. These keys are necessary to fetch movies, TV shows, or videos directly into your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the following providers are supported:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • TMDb (The Movie Database)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • OMDb (Open Movie Database)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Vimeo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • YouTube<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          \ud83d\udd11 Fields Explanation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          1. Provider Tabs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Each tab corresponds to a different provider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • TMDb<\/strong> \u2013 Fetch movies, TV shows, and person details from The Movie Database. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • OMDb<\/strong> \u2013 Retrieve metadata such as ratings, actors, and details from Open Movie Database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Vimeo<\/strong> \u2013 Import videos directly from Vimeo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • YouTube<\/strong> \u2013 Import videos from YouTube.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  2. API Key Toggle (On\/Off)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Checkbox to enable or disable API key usage for that provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Must be checked to activate content import from the provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      3. API Key Field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Input field where you enter the provider\u2019s developer key<\/strong> (e.g., TMDb API key, YouTube API key, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Without a valid key, content import from that provider will not work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          4. Save Button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • Click Save<\/strong> after entering the API key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • The system will store the key for future imports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n\n\n\n

                              \u2705 Tip:<\/strong> Always ensure your API keys are valid and active. Invalid or expired keys will result in “No Data Available in Table” when trying to import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
