Plan-Based Login Limit Configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Using this method, you can set a Membership<\/strong> plan-based login limit<\/strong> for users, controlling how many devices (mobile app or web) they can use under a specific membership plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To configure device login limits, you need to access the administrative backend of your platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Open Membership Plan Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To configure device login limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to Dashboard \u2192 Memberships \u2192 Membership Levels<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Edit an existing plan or create a new one<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Inside the plan edit page, scroll down and open the Other Settings<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Login Limit Settings<\/strong> panel is located under this section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Configure Login Limit Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Inside Login Limit Settings<\/strong>, you will find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Platform Selection<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Choose which platforms should follow the login restriction:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Mobile<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Website<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Or both<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Total Device Login Limit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Set how many devices the user can log in on at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Set 0<\/strong> \u2192 unlimited devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Example: Set 2<\/strong> \u2192 user can use only 2 devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Leave blank \u2192 no device limit<\/strong> for this plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
