The \u201cStaff<\/strong>\u201d section in WPBookit<\/strong> allows you to view and manage staff information. You can add new staff , edit existing staff details, and delete staff . This section also provides an option to export the staff list, you can also search using staff information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Export Staff<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can easily export the customer list by clicking the export button. This feature is especially useful for creating backups or utilizing the data in other applications, ensuring seamless data management and integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add New Staff<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The screen features a form for adding a new staff member, where you can input essential details such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Gender. There is also an option to upload a Profile Picture. Additionally, the interface displays a list of existing staff members, allowing you to easily reference their information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the Customers Page:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Click on the\u00a0Customers<\/strong>\u00a0icon in the left sidebar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Add New Customer:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Locate the\u00a0Add New Customer<\/strong>\u00a0button on the right side of the screen and click on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter Customer Information:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • First Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the first name of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Last Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the last name of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Email Address:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the customer\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Phone Number:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the customer\u2019s phone number, including the country code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Gender:<\/strong>\u00a0Select the customer\u2019s gender from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Upload Profile Picture (Optional):<\/strong>\n

          • Click on the\u00a0Upload<\/strong>\u00a0button to select a profile picture from your device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Save:<\/strong>\n

            • Click on the\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0button to save the new customer information to the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
