  1. Go to the WPBookit <\/strong>plugin settings in your WPBookit <\/strong>admin panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  3. Enter the following details:\n

    • Client ID<\/strong>: Paste the Client ID from Azur Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Client Secret Key<\/strong>: Paste the Client Secret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Authorized Redirect URL<\/strong>: To Auth Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Authorize Meet Calendar<\/strong> to auth Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong> with WPBookit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save <\/strong>the settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Steps to Set Up an Online Video Conference for a Booking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Log in to your dashboard and go to the Company<\/strong> section from the main menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Access Booking Type<\/strong>:\n

          • From the sidebar, click on Booking Type<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Select Advance Bookings<\/strong>:\n

            • Within the Booking Type<\/strong> section, select Advance Bookings<\/strong> to configure advanced settings for bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Select Online Video Conference<\/strong>:\n

              • In the booking setup form, find the Location<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Set the Location<\/strong> option to Online Video Conference<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Specify Video Conferencing Platform<\/strong>:\n

                • Once the Online Video Conference<\/strong> option is selected, an additional field will appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • From the dropdown menu, select Microsoft Team Meet Telemed<\/strong> as the video conferencing platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  After a booking is confirmed, the system automatically generates a unique Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong> link for the meeting. This link is specifically created for the scheduled booking and ensures a seamless virtual conferencing experience. Users can access the link in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Copy and Paste<\/strong>: The generated Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong> link can be copied and manually pasted into a browser to open the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Direct Access<\/strong>: Alternatively, users can click directly on the link provided, which will instantly open the meeting in Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    This automated process eliminates the need for manual link generation, saving time and ensuring that every booking is paired with a ready-to-use Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong> session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Booking Confirmation Email <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    After the booking is confirmed, the user will receive an email containing all the details of their reservation, including a Microsoft Team Meet<\/strong> link.
