The Offline Payment Mode<\/strong> feature in <\/em>WPBookit<\/strong> provides businesses with the flexibility to offer non-digital payment options for their customers.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Adding New Offline Payment Modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • You can add new offline payment modes to accommodate specific business needs:\n
      \n
    1. Go to the Offline Payment Modes<\/strong> section in the dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the Add New Payment Mode<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter the payment mode details:\n
        \n
      • Name<\/strong>: The name of the payment method (e.g., “Pay Later”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Description<\/strong>: A brief explanation of the method (e.g., “Payment upon service delivery”).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Save the new mode to make it available for bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Enable\/Disable Payment Modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Each payment mode can be enabled or disabled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Enable<\/strong>: Makes the payment option visible and selectable for customers during the booking process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Disable<\/strong>: Hides the payment option from the booking interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Edit Offline Payment Modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Edit Payment Mode<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • Allows you to modify the Payment Mode Name<\/strong>, Description<\/strong>, or other attributes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Example: Renaming “Cash” to “Cash Payment” or updating the bank transfer details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Delete Payment Mode<\/strong>:\n

              • Permanently removes the payment mode from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
