Integrating Pharma Module in Admin Panel

Fresh Installation Requirement

This process is required only once for fresh, first-time Pharma Module integration from the Admin Panel.

To start using the KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon, you must first download and upload the plugin into your main KiviCare Admin Panel.

Step 1: Download the Add-on

First, purchase and download the “KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon” product from CodeCanyon.
You will receive a ZIP file — do not extract it.

Step 2: Log in to the KiviCare Admin Panel

Open your main KiviCare Admin Panel and log in as Super Admin.

Go to: System Tab → Plugins → Upload File

Step 3: Upload the Pharma Addon ZIP File

After clicking the Upload File button, a screen will appear where you must fill in the following details:

• Plugin Name*:
  Enter any name you prefer. You can use “Pharma Addon,” or choose your own plugin name.
• File*:
  Click Choose File and select the original ZIP file of the KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon.
  (Upload the ZIP directly—do not extract it.)
• Old Plugin:
  Select the appropriate option from the dropdown (if replacing an old version).
• Description*:
  Add a short 2–3 line description for your Pharma Addon plugin.

Step 4: Submit the Plugin

Once all details are filled in, click the Submit button.

Your Pharma Addon will now be uploaded to the system.

Step 5: Activate the Pharma Addon

After uploading, follow the official documentation to activate the module:

Once activated, the Pharma Module features will become available in your KiviCare system.

Steps to Update Code When a New Version Is Released

If you have already completed the initial installation and later want to update the code for the KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon, follow the process below:

To update the code, download the latest updated version of the KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon and replace only the updated files inside your main product folder: “KiviCare(TM) – Clinic Management System for Healthcare with Appointments & EMR (Laravel + Flutter)”

📌Important Note

• If you are doing a fresh installation, you must follow the full integration process.
• If you have already installed the Pharma Addon once, then whenever we release a new update for the KiviCare (TM) Pharma Addon, you simply need to replace the updated files in the corresponding folders of the main product:

“KiviCare(TM) – Clinic Management System for Healthcare with Appointments & EMR (Laravel + Flutter)”

⚠️ No extra installation steps are required after the first setup—just a normal code replacement, as done in any regular update process.
