🔐 Module Activation & Access

The Pharma Module operates as a plug-and-play addition. Administrators can easily activate or deactivate it, controlling access to pharma-related pages. When inactive, the software reverts to its previous operational flow, ensuring flexibility and system stability.

👥 Pharma Account Management

Super admins have full control over creating and managing pharma accounts. This includes setting up basic information, assigning click and commission rates, and managing account status (active/inactive) and passwords. Pharma users can only log in if their account is active.

🧾 Supplier Management

Both pharma users and super admins can efficiently manage supplier details. This includes adding new suppliers with essential information (name, email, phone, payment terms) and updating their status (active/inactive) and other relevant details.

🧪 Medicine Categorization & Forms

Super admins are responsible for organizing the medicine inventory. They can define and manage medicine forms (e.g., tablet, syrup) and categories, with the ability to activate or deactivate these classifications to maintain an organized and up-to-date database.

💼 Comprehensive Medicine Management

Pharma users and super admins can add and update detailed medicine information. This includes essential attributes like name, dosage, category, form, supplier, quantity, expiry date, re-order levels, manufacturer details, batch and serial numbers, and pricing (purchase and selling price, with inclusive tax options).

📦 Streamlined Purchase Orders

The module simplifies the medicine procurement process. Pharma users and super admins can create purchase orders directly from the medicine page by specifying quantity and delivery dates. These orders are tracked, and upon completion, payment status can be updated, automatically adding the purchased quantity to the medicine stock.

⏳ Expiry Medicine Tracking

A dedicated section allows users to easily view and manage details of expired medicines, aiding in inventory control and regulatory compliance.

🧮 Flexible Tax Management

Super admins can add and manage tax details specifically for medicines, separate from other tax categories like appointments. This allows for precise calculation of inclusive and exclusive taxes on medicine sales.

📋 Integrated Prescription Workflow

Doctors and super admins can leverage the module for prescription creation. They can select medicines added by the pharma, specify quantity, frequency, days, and patient instructions. Crucially, prescriptions can be assigned to a specific pharma associated with the patient’s appointment, ensuring secure and relevant access.

💊 Pharma’s Prescription Management

Assigned pharma users can manage prescriptions by updating medicine quantities, details, and calculating total amounts based on selling prices and applicable taxes. They can mark prescriptions as complete and update payment statuses, ensuring a smooth dispensing process.

🧾 Transparent Billing Records

Both super admins and pharma users have access to detailed billing records. These records provide a clear overview of medicine details, pricing information, and general prescription details, promoting transparency in financial transactions.

Super admins have a comprehensive view of all prescription details, accessible directly from the appointment page. This includes medicine names, dosages, quantities, individual prices, and the total price of each prescription, facilitating oversight and reporting.

💰 Pharma Earnings & Payouts

The module offers a clear breakdown of pharma earnings, calculated based on the margin between selling and purchase prices, multiplied by medicine quantity. Commission amounts, based on predefined pharma-specific values, are also calculated. A dedicated section tracks payout details, including pharma name, date, payment type, and amount.

📊 Intuitive Pharma Dashboard

The pharma dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of key metrics. It displays total medicine count, top and low-stock medicines, expiry counts, total earnings, and revenue, often visualized with graphs. It also features newly assigned prescription shortlists, medicine usage by category, top supplier lists, and pie charts for stock and earnings.
