The Global Google Meet Settings allow the Clinic Administrator to establish and manage the core connection between the clinic’s WordPress website and the Google Cloud ecosystem. These settings act as the foundation for enabling Google Meet–based virtual consultations across the clinic.
To configure the global Google Meet integration:

The following fields are required to connect KiviCare with Google Cloud:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Client ID | The OAuth Client ID generated in the Google Cloud Console. |
| Client Secret | The OAuth Client Secret provided by the Google Cloud Console. |
| Authorized Redirect URI | A system-generated redirect URL that must be added to the Google Cloud Console for successful OAuth authentication. |
Administrators can define default behaviors for all Google Meet sessions created through KiviCare:
After entering the required credentials, click Save Settings.
Once saved, the configuration is immediately applied across the clinic and becomes available to all doctors.
Note: Each doctor must still complete their individual Google authorization to connect their personal Google account.
