Installation & Activation

Follow these steps to install and activate the KiviCare Telemedicine Addon on your WordPress site.

📥 Step 1: Download & Upload

1. Log in to your IQONIC Design account and download the kivicare-telemed-addon.zip file.
2. Navigate to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
3. Go to Plugins > Add New.
4. Click Upload Plugin and select the .zip file you downloaded.
5. Click Install Now.

🚀 Step 2: Activation

1. After installation, click the Activate button.
2. The plugin will automatically perform a database check and create the necessary mapping tables:
   • wp_kc_appointment_zoom_mappings
3. Ensure the KiviCare Core plugin is also active, as this addon depends on it.

✅ Step 3: Verification

1. Go to KiviCare > Settings.
2. Look for the Zoom Telemed option in the sidebar.
3. If you see the Zoom Telemed Configuration screen, the plugin is successfully activated and ready for configuration.

🛠️ Post-Activation Checklist

• [ ] Check if the Zoom Telemed setting menu appears in the Doctor Dashboard.
• [ ] Ensure your site is running on HTTPS.
• [ ] Verify that your PHP version is 7.4+ (8.1 recommended).
