For virtual consultations to work, each doctor must bridge their professional KiviCare profile with their Zoom account.
🔗 How to Connect
- Log into your Doctor Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Zoom Telemed setting.
- You will see one of two screens based on the Administrator’s setup:
Case A: OAuth Connection (Standard)
- Click the Connect Zoom Account button.
- You will be redirected to Zoom.
- Click Authorize.
- You will return to KiviCare with a “Successfully Connected” message.
Case B: Server-to-Server (Enterprise)
The administrator has pre-configured the connection. You may just need to toggle the “Zoom Telemed Server To Server Oauth Configuration” switch to ‘Yes’.
🛠️ Personalizing Your Virtual Room
Once connected, doctors can tweak certain settings:
- Enable for All Appointments: If ON, every service you provide will automatically generate a Zoom link.
- Recording Preferences: Choose between
No Recording, Local, or Cloud (requires Pro/Business).
🔄 Re-Connecting & Disconnecting
- Refresh: If meetings stop generating, click the “Refresh Connection” button to force a new OAuth handshake.
- Disconnect: To stop using Zoom, click Disconnect. This securely deletes all access tokens from your user meta.
