Global Zoom Settings (Admin)

The Clinic Administrator is responsible for the baseline connection between the clinic’s website and the Zoom ecosystem.


🛠️ Navigating to Settings

  1. Log in as Administrator.
  2. Go to KiviCare > Settings.
  3. Choose Zoom Telemed from the sidebar.

📋 Field Definitions

FieldDescription
Enable TelemedicineToggle to ‘Yes’ to enable the globally.
Auth TypeChoose between OAuth or Server-to-Server.
Client IDThe ID provided by the Zoom App Marketplace.
Client SecretThe secret key provided by Zoom.
Account ID(Required for S2S) Your Zoom Account Identifier.

⚙️ Default Meeting Options

Admins can define the behavior for every newly created meeting:

  • Host Video: Start with host camera ON/OFF.
  • Participant Video: Start with patient camera ON/OFF.
  • Join Before Host: Allow patients to enter the room before the doctor.
  • Mute upon Entry: Automatically mute audio at start.
  • Waiting Room: Enforce a digital lobby.

💾 Saving & Deployment

Click Save Settings. This will immediately propagate the API configuration to all doctors in the clinic. Doctors will still need to perform their individual “Authorization” (if using OAuth).
