Zoom Integration Guide for KiviCare

This guide explains how to connect, use, and disconnect the KiviCare Telemedicine integration.

1. How to Install (Connect)

To link your Zoom account to your KiviCare Doctor profile:

  1. Log in to your KiviCare Doctor Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration > Zoom Telemed > Zoom OAuth Configuration.
  3. Click the “Connect Zoom Account” button.
  4. You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page. Click “Allow”.
  5. You will be redirected back to KiviCare with a “Connected” success status.

2. How to Use (Create a Meeting)

Once connected, Zoom meetings are created automatically:

  1. Go to Appointments > Add Appointment.
  2. Select a Patient and a Service that is enabled for Telemedicine.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Open the Appointment Details (Eye Icon).
  5. You will see a “Start Zoom Meeting” button (for Doctors) or a “Join Meeting” button (for Patients).

3. How to Uninstall (Disconnect)

You can revoke access at any time using one of the following methods:

Method A: From KiviCare (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your KiviCare Doctor Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Integration -> Zoom Telemed -> Zoom OAuth Configuration.
  3. Click the “Disconnect” button.
  4. This effectively logs you out and deletes your access tokens from the system.

Method B: From Zoom Marketplace

  1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps.
  3. Locate “KiviCare Telemedicine” and click Remove.
