Guest User Tab

The Guest Tab provides an overview of all booking information created by guest users who haven’t logged-in or registered. The Guest Tab displays details such as the emails and names of guest users. It also includes a feature to delete bookings made by these users.

Key Features

  1. Simple Booking Process:
    • Guests can book appointments directly, bypassing the account creation step.
    • The system captures essential information, such as name, contact details, and preferences, during the booking process.
  2. Data Collection:
    • Collects necessary details from guests to complete the reservation and ensure proper follow-up (e.g., confirmations and reminders).
    • Information is stored securely within the system for administrative purposes.
  3. Customizable Form Fields:
    • Admins can define specific fields required for guest bookings, ensuring relevant data is captured.
  4. Email Notifications:
    • Sends automated confirmation and reminder emails to guest users.
  5. Integration with Reporting and Analytics:
    • Guest bookings are included in reports, allowing businesses to track trends and understand customer behavior.
  6. Optional Conversion:
    • Offers the ability for guest users to register as full members post-booking for future convenience.
  7. Delete Guset User
    • click the delete icon (trash bin) in the “Action” column to delete an existing guest user.

Export Guest User

You can easily export the guest user list by clicking the export guest user button. This feature is especially useful for creating backups or utilizing the data in other applications, ensuring seamless data management and integration.

Configuration Guide

  1. Enable Guest User Mode:
    • Log into the WordPress admin panel.
    • Navigate to the WPBookit Settings.
    • Locate and enable the Guest User Booking option.
  2. Customize Guest Booking Fields:
    • Go to Form Settings within the plugin.
    • Add or edit fields like Name, Email, Phone, and additional notes.
  3. Setup Email Notifications:
    • Configure templates for confirmation and reminder emails in the Notifications section.
  4. Monitor Bookings:
    • Use the admin dashboard to view and manage guest bookings alongside registered users.
