In Bookings Types

The Group Bookings section in the Edit Booking Type OR Add Booking Type panel allows you to manage and configure group booking settings for your sessions. This feature is ideal for sessions that accommodate multiple attendees. Below is a detailed explanation of the available options:

1. Enable Group Booking for More Than One Attendee

• Description: Activate this option to allow multiple attendees to book the same session.
• How to Enable: Check the box labeled Enable Group Booking for More Than One Attendee to enable group bookings.

2. Enter Number of Seats Per Booking

• Description: Use this setting to define the total number of seats available for a session. This ensures that the system tracks the capacity for each booking type.
