Dashboard Tab

Overview

The Dashboard Tab in WPBookit serves as the central hub for monitoring and managing your booking system. It offers a detailed, data-driven overview of key performance metrics, enabling businesses to assess and optimize their operations effectively.

  1. Performance Metrics
    • Total Bookings: Displays the total number of bookings made through the system, providing insights into overall demand.
    • Total Revenue: Tracks the total revenue generated, offering a clear picture of financial performance.
    • Total Customers: Shows the number of unique customers who have used the booking system, highlighting the reach and engagement of your platform.
    • Discount Price: Shows the total discount given to the customer.
  2. Interactive Mixed Chart
    • A visually intuitive chart that illustrates the relationship between Revenue and the Number of Bookings.
    • Includes filtering options to refine data by specific time periods (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom Ranges), enabling you to identify trends and seasonal fluctuations.

This combination of metrics and charts provides a holistic view of your booking system’s performance, helping you make informed business decisions.

Bookings Management Panel

On the right-hand side of the dashboard, you’ll find an intuitive bookings management section. This panel is designed to streamline the process of tracking and organizing bookings:

  1. Tabs for Bookings Status
    • Upcoming: Lists all future bookings, ensuring you can plan and allocate resources accordingly.
    • Pending: Displays bookings awaiting approval or confirmation, allowing for quick action to avoid delays.
    • Completed: Shows past bookings, which can be reviewed for performance analysis or customer feedback.
  2. Quick Access Links
    • Direct links are provided for managing individual bookings, enabling you to update, cancel, or reschedule bookings with ease.
    • Organized and categorized views ensure you can quickly locate bookings based on their status.
  3. Efficient Workflow
    • The layout is optimized for easy navigation, with all critical functions accessible in one place.
    • This ensures smooth day-to-day management and reduces the time spent on administrative tasks.

Dashboard Filters

Date Filter

The Date Filter feature on the dashboard allows users to fetch and analyze booking data for a specific time period. This tool provides greater flexibility and precision in tracking business performance metrics and bookings.

  • Customizable Date Range:
    • Users can select a start and end date using the integrated calendar.
    • Ideal for reviewing data over specific intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or custom ranges.
  • Submit Button:
    • After setting the desired date range, clicking the Submit button refreshes the dashboard to display metrics, charts, and bookings details for the selected timeframe.
    • Ensures real-time updates tailored to the chosen period.
  • Reset Functionality:
    • The Reset button clears the date selection, reverting the data view to default settings, typically displaying all available records.
  • Business Insights:
    • Enables businesses to identify trends, monitor performance, and focus on specific periods like promotional campaigns or peak booking seasons.

Location Filter

You can filter booking revenue and other information by location. Simply click on the location dropdown, select your desired location, and click the ‘Submit‘ button. The data for the selected location will then be displayed.

Add New Booking

To add a new booking, click on the ‘New‘ option in the right-side menu. Once selected, you will be able to enter the details of your booking. Refer to the screenshot above for a clearer understanding.
