Offline Payment

Overview

The Offline Payment Mode feature in WPBookit provides businesses with the flexibility to offer non-digital payment options for their customers.

Adding New Offline Payment Modes

  • You can add new offline payment modes to accommodate specific business needs:
    1. Go to the Offline Payment Modes section in the dashboard.
    2. Click the Add New Payment Mode button.
    3. Enter the payment mode details:
      • Name: The name of the payment method (e.g., “Pay Later”).
      • Description: A brief explanation of the method (e.g., “Payment upon service delivery”).
    4. Save the new mode to make it available for bookings.

Enable/Disable Payment Modes

Each payment mode can be enabled or disabled:

  • Enable: Makes the payment option visible and selectable for customers during the booking process.
  • Disable: Hides the payment option from the booking interface.

Edit Offline Payment Modes

  • Edit Payment Mode:
    • Allows you to modify the Payment Mode Name, Description, or other attributes.
    • Example: Renaming “Cash” to “Cash Payment” or updating the bank transfer details.
  • Delete Payment Mode:
    • Permanently removes the payment mode from the list.
    • Example: Removing “Cheque” if it is no longer a supported payment method.
