Calendar Tab

The Calendar tab in WPBookit is a vital tool for managing bookings, providing a clear and organized view of all appointments by date. This feature simplifies booking management, allowing you to track existing reservations, apply filters, and add new bookings seamlessly. Once a booking is added, the Calendar tab updates to reflect the scheduled appointments, offering an intuitive overview of your bookings.

Booking Overview

The WPBookit Calendar displays bookings in a calendar format, providing an overview of booking times, types, and the names of the individuals who made the bookings.

  1. Booking Details
    • When you hover over a booking, a popup will appear with detailed information, including the staff member’s name. The popup also provides options to Edit or Delete the Booking, accessible via the action buttons on the right side.
  2. Booking Status
    • Each booking status is represented by a specific color for easy identification:
      • Pending Bookings: Orange
      • Approved Bookings: Green
      • Cancelled Bookings: Red
      • Completed Bookings: Sky Blue

  2. All Staff
    • If you don’t want certain staff names to appear in the list, we provide an “All Staff” control at the top of the calendar. Simply uncheck a staff member’s name, and the calendar will automatically hide their bookings.
  3. Booking Type-Wise
    • You can filter bookings by type using the “All Booking Types” dropdown. Simply select the control, check or uncheck the desired booking types, and the calendar will update to display only the filtered booking
  4. Date-Wise
    • You can filter bookings by date, such as “Today,” or by selecting a specific Date, Month, and Year from the calendar. Once selected, the calendar will display the booking details for the chosen date, month, and year

Calendar View’s

In the Calendar tab, we offer four different calendar view options for viewing bookings. These options are available in the top right corner of the calendar. In all calendar views, you can edit or delete a booking.

  1. Month View
    • The “Month” and all option, located in the top right corner of the Calendar tab, is set as the default view in WPBookit. This view displays bookings on a month-by-month basis.
  2. Week View
